This is where you can book your tool or battery in for an initial assessment or pay for a repair. 

Please contact us if you have a tool or battery from a brand not listed in the assessment area.

If you've been directed here to pay for a repair, please select the option that equals the value you've been quoted. Or add multiple to equal the same amount. 

Once you book an assessment, please use our contact us page to tell us what the fault is with your tool or battery. It really helps if you add a note into your package too. 

Feel free to reach out if anything here doesn't make sense. All instructions are detailed in the product description for the assessments, including where to send things and how. We use InPost for convenience but also our safety. Having everything we do on social media and then giving out our address is not a good idea with the high levels of tool theft in the UK. If you can't use InPost for some reason, we can also use Evri collection points if needed to our local post office in a village called Bassingham.
